So, you've chosen your nails, but how do you know your sizes?  The most accurate way to find them is with a size finder set, available here.  However, if you'd prefer to measure your natural nails, you can follow the instructions below.

Once you have your measurements, simply compare them to this chart to see if you'll fit my XS-XL width options, or if the "Custom" width option is going to be better for you. With this option, you can just send me your measurements and I'll take care of the rest. (For thumb sizes over 17.5mm, please contact me prior to ordering to discuss your options. I can do custom sizes up to 22mm, but not in all tip shapes, so it'll be helpful to have a little chat with me before you place your order.) 

Please note that as my nails and decals are all hand made to order, the time it takes to create and ship your order will vary depending on my current order volume.
My current creation time for both nail sets and decals is 3-5 business days.

For items that can be returned, my return policy is set out below.

The returns policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, I'm afraid I can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all included accessories.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days. (please note that I have no control over how long it takes your payment processor to complete the transaction)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@sarahssparklesnails.com

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sarah's Sparkles, 135 Mossdale Court Luton GB LU4 9JN Please include your full name, and address so that I can process your refund successfully.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping a return, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to ensure that your return will be delivered successfully.
