Refund Policy


Cancellations are only allowed within 48 hours of your order being placed. After that, they will not be accepted.


I will gladly accept returns on decals, sizing kits, and adhesives.  However, please note that made-to-measure press on nails are not eligible for returns.  These nails are all handcrafted to your exact specifications - the size, length, tip shape, colour and finish are all customisable.  This means that even if I could resell a return (which I can't for hygiene reasons), I would have no one to sell it to. So it is important that you ensure your order details and sizes are correct before you place your order.

For items that can be returned, my return policy is set out below.

The returns policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, I'm afraid I can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all included accessories.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days. (please note that I have no control over how long it takes your payment processor to complete the transaction)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping a return, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to ensure that your return will be delivered successfully.
